We will be showing the England World Cup games, pairing them with a tasty three-course set menu for £30 per person.
Starting with England v Iran on Monday 21st November from noon, we’ll be serving sausage rolls, pie and chips, and doughnu
Devilled Pig’s Skin with Smoked Cod’s Roe. This is a dish that Jon and Tom had on the menu at St. JOHN Hotel back in 2011. It was also one of the first dishes on the Marksman menu when they took over in 2015, along with the Beef and Barle
Another new addition to the menu, smoked bagel plate: @secretsmokehouse smoked trout, house pickles, boiled egg, cream cheese and chives with bagels from @paposbagels, on for brunch today.

A new addition to our menu, the Marksman Burger: soft potato bun, Hereford chuck and short rib beef patty, a pickled onion and mustard seed relish, house pickles and, of course, served with very delicious hand-cut chips.

This is Dan, who has worked with us at The Marksman for over four years. He started as a Commis Chef and worked his way up to being our Sous Chef. We’re sad to see him now go, as he’s been such an integral part of our team’s growth,
